I had my first session with Phil this past week and it was an excellent experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why, instead of just jumping right into treatment without setting expectations. Phil was very professional and clearly passionate about trigger point massage, and it truly shows in his work. After just one session, I noticed a significant improvement in some knee pain I was experiencing while cycling. What really stood out to me was that Phil wanted to make sure I walked away with tools and techniques I could use on my own, so I wouldn’t have to rely on him for everything. That level of care and education really shows how much he values his clients. I would highly recommend him.

Phil is an extremely good therapist, one of the best I have had the pleasure of working on me. I am a former competitive athlete that has had numerous therapists work on me over the years. Phil knowledge, approach and skills are outstanding. I do not think I have had someone work on me that truly cares about fully addressing the issue that was bothering me as much as Phil does. Everyone in the healthcare industry could learn a lesson from him on compassion.

I booked a modified Thai massage in preparation for Basic Training (I’m 34), and Phil exceeded every expectation. From the moment I reached out, he responded promptly and recommended the Thai massage specifically to help prevent common training‑related injuries — and he was absolutely right. Phil is a licensed practitioner and a retired Marine, and it shows in the way he works. He was professional, meticulous, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire session. His knowledge of the body, movement, and injury prevention was obvious, and he explained everything in a way that was both engaging and easy to understand. The session itself was one of the most effective treatments I’ve had. I left feeling restored, aligned, and better prepared for the physical demands ahead. Highly recommend
