i have had bicep tendinitis since nov. 2022. my pt recommend a massage so i decided to spoil myself for my birthday. i definitely need more than one session but since my massage at the beginning of the month i haven’t had one headache yet and i was waking up with them every day because of muscle compensation. i feel extremely grateful that my very first massage was here. cannot wait to go back! she was awesome! even gave me a few tips to get better.

Last year, I google for a local spot to get a massage. I appreciate meeting Lisa and her ability to teach, educate and share her space with community events that help others with wellness, yoga, social times & ladies circles.
