Aaron worked on my shoulder, my arm, and relaxed my muscles. It felt great and it didn’t hurt. I was afraid of pain getting worse because of prior treatments with a physical therapist and chiropractor but he was able to do deep tissue massage without hurting me in the process. It only took a couple of treatments to fully release the pressure and pain. Better than going to a PT where I felt they did nothing for me.

I was first referred to Aaron by my CrossFit coach, and I’m so glad I listened. Aaron has been a total game changer for me and my son, who’s super active with sports. Anytime we’re dealing with tightness, soreness, or recovery from training, I book us both for a medical massage with Aaronand we literally argue about who gets to go first! He has a real gift for finding the root of the problem. He starts by working through the tissue to locate knots, checks how the body is compensating, then uses scraping, cupping, and hot fire stones to release it all. It’s not just relaxing it’s relief and healing you can feel right away. Aaron just knows what he’s doing. Whether you’re an athlete, active parent, or just dealing with pain or stress, I can’t recommend him enough. The guy’s a total pro.

Aaron is great! He is knowledgeable about the muscles he is treating and finds a way to alleviate discomfort in those muscles. Aaron uses different therapeutic techniques to work on muscles. Aaron is super professional and knowledgeable! I injured myself squatting about a year ago and had been struggling with lower back pain. Thanks to Aaron I’ve pretty much recovered from my injury and can workout pain free!
