Marissa at Excellence Medical Spa is fantastic! She is so warm, professional, and attentive! She truly makes each one of my visits a comfortable and positive experience. I did notice not every interaction from clinic staff felt as welcoming, which is something I hope the clinic can improve on. With service like Marissa’s across the board, this spa could be exceptional.

From the moment I walked in, the ambience was calm, serene, and so inviting exactly what I needed to relax and unwind. Brooke was incredibly warm and welcoming, making the entire experience feel personal and comforting. We had such friendly, easy conversation that made the time fly by, but the real magic was in the results. My skin feels unbelievably soft, hydrated, and it’s absolutely glowing.
