Dear Health Plan Massage Owner, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. As a frequent customer who regularly purchases gift cards for special occasions and ask for gift cards for myself on special occasions to your establishment, I frequently book a two-hour massages. I have been satisfied with your services until today, even though it seems that sessions begin as soon as you arrived and sign in. In the past, the price of a two-hour massage was $120.00. I totally understand that your prices have to increase with inflation. However, I was surprised to see the price listed as $140.00 above the check-in desk, but even at that price I was ok. Sunny did an amazing job, I’ve been coming here for years and every massage therapist is so knowledgeable, and I don’t mean they ask you a bunch of questions, they just KNOW what they are doing. I always leave feeling so grateful and better than when I left. They were kind enough to give me and my husband, a last minute 60 min massage on a Sunday. They were so kind not rushed and thorough. we will be back soon.

If I could give this place a zero star review I would whatever you do don’t come here! These people start counting your time the moment you walk in ! I can in for a 30 min and only got 20min when I mentioned it to the masseuse, she got angry and started arguing with me ! When I went to check out, my bill was $45 +1 dollar and $36 a cents And she Insist that I gave her a tip, she even yelled at me as I tried to walk out the doors I gave that woman a $.10 tip Their attitude was astronomically terrible! Never coming back and wish I never came at all! The massage wasn’t even that great worst $50 of my life wasted!!!

DO NOT COME HERE. The staff is very rude and will not give you your card back if you do not tip. The woman at the front will demand you tip her no matter what. VERY RUDE the staff is not friendly. Do not recommend the actual massage wasn’t that great. Very bad

Honestly surprised how good this massage felt, strong but controlled pressure, therapist listened well, and my shoulders finally relaxed after weeks of stress.
