Health in Hands Spa Hoboken

My go-to full-body massage spot. Excellent therapists who really listen to you and are super responsive. The most recent massage I had was with Lillianna, and she was quick to hone in on my pain points. They were also extremely accommodating.The new location on 15th street is also very nice. Will definitely keep returning to this place over and over. But recommend planning to arrive a little earlier as parking can be tricky at times in Hoboken.

My favorite massage spot in Hoboken. I have been coming to Health in Hands consistently for years now. Their therapists are great, very professional and knowledgeable. Both Dulce and Roberta are fabulous. You’ll be relaxed and revived! Highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend Health in Hands highly enough. I’ve had 2 sessions and realized I need to return regularly to alleviate my tension and pain. This therapeutic massage provides relief and relaxation. This is the self care you probably need too.

I live down the street from Health in Hands. Each massage therapist I've had there has been professional, well trained, good at getting to the why of your visit, and caring in the best way possible. I, too, am a massage therapist so carry a bit of expectation others might not, and I've never been disappointed here.
