I’ve been struggling for a few years with pain. Specifically in my back/neck. I’m so grateful I found Tammy to be my therapist now. I’ve been going to her for about 6 month and she has helped me tremendously. Tammy takes detailed notes about you, communicates well during the session, and is one of the best therapists that’s ever worked on me! I’ve had a lot in my time since I played sports growing up and through college. Definitely go to her if you are struggling with pain!

I believe I have seen Tammy for close to or over a decade. I have had others work with me but no one has even come close to the Tammy. She understands the muscle structure and how to precisely but gently get to where the pain or tightness is to relieve it. I really should see her more often than I do. I regularly fall asleep which says something since I have a hard time going to bed at night. I am always renewed when I leave. The best description I can think of for her is that she is a massage therapist whisperer in the truest sense.

Had a wonderful overall experience with Tammy at Healing Tides. The massage room was clean, nicely decorated, and smelled wonderful. The temperature was adjusted to my liking and it was a very comfortable ambiance. Tammy was very kind and professional, asking my goals for the session, explaining her work and getting me set up. The massage was very relaxing and helpful, as well as the energy work and CST. Tammy is very educated and experienced and this is quite evident in her work. I will be going back as often as possible!
