The year leading up to my first appointment with Sarah I suffered from frequent muscle spasms and constant back pain but since then I’ve had monthly appointments and zero back pain )that used to sideline me from the gym and other activities). Truly healing.

Sue and I have been receiving therapeutic massage monthly from Sarah for more than 10 years. Our appointments with Sarah are a priority each year as we look at a new calendar. We set massage sessions for the whole year. We have experienced massage with other practices, but Sarah is uniquely talented in identifying problem areas and finding the exact right approach to help alleviate the muscle tension involved.
