Had a great experience with my massage. And super reasonable prices. I also loved the salt wall. My only small complaint was that I booked a couples massage in a couples room because my boyfriend had never gotten a massage before and was nervous but then we were still placed separately

I would give negative stars if that were possible. This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was given a gift card by my husband and attempted to use it for a manicure. Due to their poor communication, I was unable to receive the service. When I called ahead to ask about services, I was told, “We don’t do fancy nails.” At no point was I informed that acrylic manicures are not offered. Saying you “don’t do fancy nails” reasonably implies no designs or embellishments — not that acrylic nails are completely unavailable. Based on that information, I booked the appointment. Only when I arrived was I told they do not do acrylic nails. This should have been clearly communicated during the phone call. My time was wasted, and I was unable to use a gif

I scheduled a hair cut and color and on the day of the of the appointment, my mom ended up in the hospital. I ended up being a no call- no show due to the extenuating circumstances. I rebooked my appointment at a later date and had the services done. When I went in to have the services rendered, I was informed that I was being charged $180 for the no call- no show that happened nearly a year ago on top of the services I had done that day. I explained the circumstances and was given no grace. I completely understand a small fee for a no call -no show, but charging the full amount seems unethical and in poor business practice. I’ve frequented this establishment multiple times and have never been disappointed. The value for the cost is incomparable. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, nonjudgmental, and always clean/well organized. Today’s experience topped the charts. I had the pleasure of having a massage by Jess and it was AMAZING! She knows her stuff, listens and adapts. Just a truly enjoyable experience from beginning to end.

*** this is in response to the owners reply. That is not at all what happened. You must have us confused with other clients who have also had negative experiences. You and your daughter do not come across as professional at all. In fact, it all seems to be money driven. Not just to myself, but The other people that were with us that day. And from the way, it sounds. There’s a lot of other people in the community that have the same exact story to tell.*** Please. Don’t do it!!! Go somewhere else. Even though the spa is nice and the services might be good, the business tactics that Nicolette runs by make her the absolute worst business owner. And if you’re try to address issues with her. Lookout. She will be on the defense and gaslight you into thinking it’s all your fault somehow!!! Pla
