Heal Massage and Therapy

Literally one of the best massage experiences ever. Planned a Valentine’s Day surprise for my wife, and after weeks of waiting, our first massuse cancelled on us 30 min before the appointment. My wife found this place, we got a same day appointment, and by far this was the best massage experience ever. My wife could not stop saying how excellent the massage was. The owner was incredibly friendly, treated us amazingly, and even made sure I had a nice place to sit while my wife got her massage. We will definitely be using this place again in the future

Sarah is absolutely wonderful and has changed my life for the better. When I first met her, I had significant hip and shoulder pain and desperately needed a massage. She encouraged me to stay consistent with monthly massages and it has made such a difference to be in the "maintenance" phase. I am no longer in pain and the monthly hour of relaxation is an added bonus for a busy, working mom. I would highly recommend her if you're looking for a massage therapist who listens to your concerns and your body.. she is excellent!

Amazing!!! I walked in with long term pain and walked out without pain and renewed hope! Steph is gifted at seeing a problem as fixable and skilled enough to enact the method of healing. Steph was very honest that this should not take multiple sessions but instead, FIXING the problem so I can feel better! I tried PT, three times and the sports med doc just kept offering expensive imaging. I fully believe that the issue can be fully resolved with Steph's capable hands and I am ready to get my mobility back to the best place or can be.

I'm an aging athlete with a propensity for overdoing it from time time. I've had a couple of bouts of unrecoverable soreness in my legs that Jack Strum at Heal has fixed for me in short order. The first time it happened I lived with it for almost two and a half years. During that time I tried everything; foam rolling, TheraGun, ice baths, heat, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, but none of it produced any lasting relief. I finally got smart and made an appointment with Jack. After the first session I could feel the difference. Three more sessions and the two and half years of pain was over. Excellent customer service!! My experience began with miscommunication and some disappointment and ended with above and beyond customer service. I read the description of a myofascial on the Heal website and it sounded like what I needed, so I scheduled a 90 minute with Heather and a 20 minute targeted face red light therapy. Before the massage, Heather asked me what I wanted to target etc. During the massage I didn't feel like what I had thought I had communicated was being targeted so I verbalized my thoughts and wants with Heather several times - "deeper pressure, more in this area, I know I said shoulder, but I meant shoulder BLADES, not traps." etc. Heather listened and did her best, but she's a tiny lady, and I don't think she had the ability to do the kind of deep pressure I was lo
