I’m thrilled to write this review for Gretchen at Ruby Eyebrow Threading (they also offer traditional hair and nail services). I actually waited about two weeks before writing this review because I wanted to try a few different ways of styling the cut and see how it held up. Verdict: I’m thrilled. When I showed up to my appointment, my hair could best be described as frizzy, fried, and aggressively long. The kind of hair that makes you question not only your grooming habits, but also several of your life decisions. Ruby as always does an amazing job. Tracy didn’t seem welcoming of men coming for her brow services as when I sat down her and her client were talking down upon it, but that’s just society now a days. If you’re a man coming here Ruby is the way to go 100% for service and professionalism.

I’m new to Maine and was thrilled to find this shop for eyebrow threading. Ruby is a total pro and everyone at the shop couldn’t have been more welcoming. They have a customer for life.

I travel for work to some big cities — Philly, DC, Cincinnati, Chicago and have yet to find someone as skilled and efficient as Ruby! I swear she is ablew to thread your eyebrows to fit your facial structure perfectly every time and will always squeeze you in!

I used to get my eyebrows waxed at various other places- but had stopped for a long time as I always left dissatisfied. Today, I had decided that I wanted to try threading at Ruby’s salon and I could not be happier with my experience. I saw on the website that walk-ins were welcome, so I thought I would take my chances without an appointment. I was in and out in about 10 minutes; received friendly service and exactly what I wanted for a great price! I will definitely be back.
