I had an apt with Kevin. First impression walking in was excitement to see the real barber shop vibe. Haircut is a 10. Best fade I've had in ages. Super clean! This is my new joint. Bringing my son's next time

Cut was fine but the barber was dismissive, curt and borderline rude. Showed him a picture of what I wanted and he looked completely disinterested. Acted like he was doing me a favor the whole time. Not a good experience, won’t be back. On the plus side, the cut itself was quick and I didn’t have to wait at all.

The barbers were quite friendly and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. Katie Griffin was my barber today. The reason I feel the need to give three stars at best is that I did not receive what I asked for. Which was simply “low fade and nothing off the top”. I’ve been getting a low fade for the past 7 years since I joined the military and that is not what I received. I was given a high and tight along with a line up in the top corners that I did not ask for. Regardless the fade was done well if I had asked for a high fade. If you’re coming here, make sure to communicate EXACTLY what you want and ensure your barber is on the same page as you. I will plug as well that the prices are far more affordable than a fair amount of shops around the area.

Very unprofessional experience with Katie and Kevin . I needed to change my appointment, but after emailing, not hearing back, attempting to text back to the appointment reminder which you cannot do as i found out, and trying to call, but the voicemail box was full. Needless to say, the shop did not have a way for me.to contact them directly. I then attempted to reschedule online for a different day, only to be canceled withcno explanation. After emailing again, I finally got ahold of Kevin, and he informed me I was canceled beacause of a no call, no show, and to call the shop to talk to Katie! Which I found to be a bit hypocritical. I explained to him the situation, and he didnt even acknowledge anything I told him regarding me attempting to reach the shop. I was very taken aback by their

Poor Managment, poor communication skills. First time I booked with them my appointment got moved without any reason, as if I’m free all day. I canceled that appointment and a couple of months later I thought let’s give them another shot. I booked another appointment and got a haircut. Not the best I got but also not the worst. I thought ok this might work, so I booked another appointment and this time an hour before the the appointment I get an email that my appointment got canceled. I call the shop and they say because you had no shows our system blocked you automatically! How come I wasn’t made aware of that when I booked the appointment couple days ahead? And I never had any no shows. I called them and they say our system did that and we already booked someone for that time. Without of
