I called to ask about if they could accommodate a small group because I am throwing a bachelorette party and wanted everyone to be able to get their nails done, and they HUNG UP ON ME. She at first said let me go talk to the owner about it, and then after about 2 seconds, she came back on and just said no groups. And I was in the middle of saying she didn’t even ask how many people I had, when she hung up on me. Terrible customer service.
