This is a great neighborhood for families! Everyone looks out for each other and encourages a true community environment. In addition to several grocery stores and shopping centers, there are many highly-rated and well-performing schools nearby. Morning traffic at the entrance can be a bit challenging.
Nice community. Streets, kid's park and common areas well maintained. All relatively new houses. There is a gopher tortoise preserve there also. Only the one entrance/exit and can be hard to get out onto State Route 80 (Palm Beach Blvd.).
Hawks Preserve is the best neighborhood in Lee County, FL. Pretty houses, pretty streets, nice people.
Good place if you have screaming kids...but for an adult wanting quiet space I'd suggest go else where
Great place for a romantic lunch ,not for an all night rave tho
