I came here for a couples massage and it was hands down the best massage of my life. I had Kevin and my husband had Mia, and it was also the best massage he’s ever had. They were both absolutely incredible. We did the hot stone massage and it is a must. So relaxing and therapeutic at the same time. The hours are very flexible and they were able to accommodate us last minute, which we really appreciated. We left feeling amazing and so happy we found this place. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional massage experience.

Mia is an amazing massage therapist she uses essential oils and hot stones for deep relaxation. She uses traditional methods for healing , relaxation, and pain reduction. There is also free parking behind the building and her practice is in the 3rd floor. Highly recommended 🫶

I had a very disappointing experience with Hawaiian Massage Spa. I booked a couples massage through Groupon and scheduled a 6:00 PM appointment. I also called the day before to confirm, and everything seemed fine. When we arrived, the staff told us—rudely—that they don’t accept Groupon bookings at that time and only honor them in the morning. This restriction was not disclosed on the Groupon listing, and it was never mentioned during our confirmation call. We explained that we had driven through heavy traffic specifically for the confirmed appointment and asked if they could accommodate us, but they refused without offering any solution or alternative and continued to speak to us disrespectfully. A business has the right to set policies, but those policies need to be clearly communicate

We wasted time driving through traffic and still tried to politely ask if they could honor the appointment. They refused without any attempt to help or apologize. This business is unprofessional, misleading, and has terrible customer service. If you value your time and money, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
