Hawaiian Holiday Tanning

I used Hawaiian Holiday for one month prior to a vacation. The location in N Syracuse is clean and the people are friendly. A few times I had to wait for beds to be available. The real kicker and the reason for my 2 star review... cancellation. In order to cancel your membership you need to either go to the store when a manager is present, which is 5 days from when I called and at a very inconvenient time. OR send a certified letter to a PO Box, which a certified letter with a return receipt is over $9 now a days. Come on... that is complete bogus. Are we in 1995? You can't just send them an email? Or go in during normal hours and cancel. Nope. I will go to Zoom tan next time... same price.. way more beds... way more flexibility.

Great beds, many different options. The salon is always clean. Rosa is very sweet; she has a lot of knowledge about the products and beds. She is very helpful! I always come out with a nice, sunkissed glow ☀️ 😍 🙏🏼

Recently tanned for 30 days at the North Syracuse Location. Kind staff and clean beds. No complaints about the location! However, I am disappointed in the way that Ashely (not from the North Syracuse location) handled the cancellation of the account over the phone. She was quick to pick up an attitude instead of listening to my questions/concerns. Kept acting like she was doing me a favor to cancel my account when that was the only thing I wanted to do. She unfortunately is the reason I will never be back for future tanning needs. Edit to initial post: Thank you to Brittany from the headquarters for her professionalism and for reaching out.

At the North Syracuse location, Anastasia and Rosa are so kind and helpful everytime I visit. It is above and beyond how they try to remember each and everyone of their clients. Means the world to have a place to go for a relaxing tan, but also have this level of personable customer service!

Watch out!!! My sister in law bought me a diamond package for Christmas, of course had to pay for 2 months. I then used the package for 2 months and upon my last session made sure they knew it was being canceled and do not bill again. The beds are trash, to begin with. I got better color in half the time at zoom tan...just saying.. but the best part!? They refuse to cancel unless my sister in law who lives 4 hrs away comes to North syracuse in person when a manager is there, bc she's the one who purchased the gift OVER THE PHONE. Something i was never told when i canceled in person my last tanning session...so let me get this straight- they can open new accounts with out being in person, with whatever card, but refuse to cancel the same way!??? Oh hell no. Stay away from these shady busine
