Overall: Friendly staff, clean and calm atmosphere. Review update!: Wow. I am blown away at the kindness and utmost care of Hawaii Nail&Spa. Initially, I was not satisfied with my manicure and left a low star review (as I am used to making a review and moving on, having accepted my loss as most salons ive been to don't care to reach out), however, the manager, Mary, took time out of her busy day to contact me and offered to re-do my nails free of charge. When I arrived, she and the rest of the staff were kind and welcoming (and busy!) And we discussed kindly about the review. I'm so glad we were able to work everything out, as you have gained a loyal customer. Thank you so much for putting in the effort for your customers. Mary is PHENOMENAL! She gets me right EVERY TIME. I’ve been going to Hawaii nails for some time now and it’s always a good time. A relaxing, peaceful environment that’s priced reasonably. I’ll definitely continue to come and show support.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over 5 years, and they have never disappointed me. The service is always consistent, the staff is incredibly sweet, and they really take their time to make sure your nails come out perfect every single visit. The environment is clean, relaxing, and welcoming, and they always remember what I like. I get so many compliments on my nails thanks to them. I had such an amazing experience here! I got my nails and a pedicure done and honestly couldn’t be happier! The nail tech who did my nails was so sweet and very talented. She truly went above and beyond and gave me more than what I asked for in the best way. I’m absolutely in love with how my nails turned out. The detail, shape, and overall look are flawless. I also got a pedicure with another tech, and it was very relaxing. She did a great job and was just as kind and welcoming. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and made the experience really enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!
