Absolutely love the way Gretchin does my hair. My hair was so dry and brittle when I first came to her, she added color to my hair and has been keeping it so healthy with minimal heat usage (no flat iron used to straighten my hair). Pleaseeeeeeeee check my girl out !

Trivonni, I believe that’s how you spell it, styled my hair and she did amazing! She was so sweet and welcoming the whole time! Didn’t take her long at all to do my hair as well. I loved the experience and I’m definitely going back! 10/10 Customer service.

Customer Service is terrible especially the young lady that station is in the front. She was sleep when I walked in on the couch. I wasn’t really bothered by that because you never know what somebody got going on. She didn’t take her time with my hair at all. She kept telling the older lady that my hair was really really natural like I couldn’t understand her. She slammed my card after I handed to her in her hand. And she didn’t even get my roots or flat iron my hair good. I know I’m not the first natural to ever come in there. I only went there because Rose Dominican shop was closed. I would never come back there and I wouldn’t suggest anyone who is relaxed or natural to bring their business there. I don’t feel like this salon is for the black community.

I recently moved to VA from NY and have been going to this salon. I may say, I’ve have always been pleased with the results of my hair every time I leave the salon. From the wash and set with my regular hair which is growing and more healthy now to my clip on extensions that she washes/styles perfectly. My girl Jannie is all that and her work is comparable to my Domincian stylist in New York. Photos attached are of my clip on extensions after wash and style. Did not capture a pic of my final result. I have been a loyal client of Haven Dominican Salon,. I moved here from NY and was unable to find a good hair dresser that can handle all of my hair. I decided try out this young lady (Gretchen). I have been a loyal client of her's since i met her five years ago. I have followed her where ever she went. Today she is the owner of her own Salon. All of the other ladies at the Salon are also amazing at taking care of their clients. They meet and greet you, they help celebrate your special day. I give them 5 Stars because there's no 10 stars to give!!! I love my hairdresser and I love how convenient her location is. Gretchen, Thank you for all you do with my hair!!!
