HAVANA NAIL SPA

Had an appointment and still sat there for 30 minutes waiting for my pedicure to even start. Meanwhile, they started my mom and sister-in-law 10 minutes late. I eventually walked out. I’m from out of town, was here for limited family time, and this completely ruined it. Instead of acknowledging me or communicating what was going on, the staff seemed far more concerned about their WiFi not working than the actual customers sitting and waiting. If you take appointments, honor them , or at least respect people enough to explain the delay. Watching everyone else get serviced while you’re ignored is beyond frustrating. Won’t be back, will be going to Royal nails across the street.

I walked in without an appointment and there was a bit of a wait, didn’t expect anything less honestly, had no problems waiting. I had Kelly as my nail tech (it’s what her desk said so I hope that’s her name lol) she was wonderful and very sweet, she got my nails exactly what I wanted and took extra time to make sure the design I asked for was perfect. I love my nails and Kelly was amazing, I had a long day and we had a quiet appointment for most of it but when we did talk we were laughing and having a god time. My nails are beautiful and my husband loves them, we asked for constellation on the nail but didn’t ask for a specific but she did wonderful. Highly recommend Kelly and the shop

This place used to be the best! I'm not sure what happened but the last few times I've been my shellac peels off after 4 or 5 days and I haven't been very happy with the service.

Love the atmosphere and the friendly staff. Sometimes the services take longer than I expect but their work is ALWAYS exceptional. I have tried other salons and come back to Havana because they are the best.

I’ve been here twice so far & love how my nails came out. Paid $55 for my acrylic dip manicure. Good selection of colors & ambiance is relaxing. The employees are polite & my nails came out very pretty. Would recommend!
