Britni was truly amazing today. She really exceeded my expectations with not only the results but her wonderful service. She worked very diligently and made sure to check on me throughout the process to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. Britni was extremely sweet and kind on top of everything. Today I got a Japanese Straightening treatment and I couldn’t be happier with my results. She was even careful with the bleached strands in my hair making sure it was worked with carefully and wasn’t fried. Upon leaving she advised me with her most recommended products and even offered to schedule my next appointment in advance. I 10000% would recommend Britni to anyone! This is the best salon in Tallahassee. I get my hair done by Chloe and she never fails to give me the best haircuts of my life! She pays great attention to detail and what i’m asking for. Don’t even get me started on the service, it is AMAZING. I can’t express enough how much I recommend Haute Headz.

Appointment at 1:25ish. I have been coming to this business since their old location. I was told I was not in the system, which is no big deal. Came in for what should’ve been a simple bang trim. I told the hairstylist that I do not want my bangs below my eyebrows . This hairstylist cut a piece of my bangs so short that it is basically to my hairline, which makes it worse because I have curly hair. When I asked her why she did that she said oh I’m sorry. Most terrible experience I’ve ever had at a salon in Tallahassee. Next time, I’ll just go to wonderlust in Tallahassee, by far way better, accurate, and listens to their customers request! This is a sad thing to say, but I would not recommend this salon. Was in tears after I left. If I could, I’ll give below zero stars. - sincerelyAmie L/A

Anne Elise did a fantastic job color correcting my hair and shaping up my bob. I hadn't had my hair professionally colored in almost a decade, so I was excited to treat myself. She absolutely did not disappoint and I love the soft, dimensional brown she gave me! On top of that, she is a kind and patient person and I enjoyed my conversations with her! Thank you, Anne Elise! 🤍
