Hattori Hanzo Shears

I’ve been a loyal Hattori Hanzo customer since 2018 and have worked with representatives in Illinois, Florida, and now Houston. Up until recently, I’ve always had great experiences with the company and their customer service. Unfortunately, my experience in Houston with a rep named Dale has been extremely disappointing. When he came to my salon to pick up my shears for sharpening, his demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. He repeatedly insisted that I had my shears sharpened elsewhere—which is completely untrue—and even claimed my other shears couldn’t be serviced because they were “too old,” which I later confirmed was false.
