My second visit there I had a partial highlight and haircut. The haircut was so bad with numerous random lengths of hair I called the salon and spoke with the owner/manager who told me she would discuss it with the hairstylist and get back to me Three weeks later, she did not get back to me, so I called and left a message She then called me back saying since it’s been three weeks, she would not be able to refund me any of my money however she would be willing to do the service for me My schedule and her schedule did not work and I don’t think it was fair that the only option I had was to have my hair redone by someone there. One of their hairstylists ruined my hair. She cut off almost a foot of hair when I wanted 2 inches. Gave me uneven, chopped off layers. Nothing was even and it looked like a child had cut my hair in my sleep. Her name is Genevieve who apparently has 15 years experience so it was not an accident. I've never met her before and have no idea why she did what she did to me. The owner was polite and refunded me my money and helped try to fix it as best she could. The entire experience was traumatizing and shocking. I think the photos speak for themselves. It is going to take me years to undo the damage she did.

I have not had my hair done for years and went to Genevieve for highlights, and let me just say…my hair is beautiful and the highlights are perfect!!! I have received so many compliments!

I've been going to Genevieve at The Harwood Hair Company for nearly 13 y ears and I think that alone speaks for how amazing she is. Genevieve has always taken her time, explains the process when I want to change my style or color, points me in the right direction on what products to use, is very thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable in all areas of hair care. Scheduling is flexible, prices are affordable and the salon is clean and welcoming. In addition to taking my children to her for all of their haircare needs, I have also referred several people over the years and they have all been beyond pleased with her work.

Great location and my stylist Kellie is always responsive with date and times available. She is helpful with what coloring and look you may want.
