I have been going to Harvey's for more than 20 years now and have nothing but great memories to go along with my haircut! The owner James Smith, or Buddy as we call him, has always cut my hair. He is one of the BEST in Richmond!
I was very satisfied with my visit. The shop was very clean and the service was great. Everyone was very professional. I love my new haircut by Buddy.
This barbershop is worthless. The barbers can't cut,they rush you out so they can get to the next customers,and just treat you like a number, not a customer
The shop is an older shop. Up to date barbers. They are closed on Wednesday. The shop is always entertaining sports talk and political conversations
