I’ve been meaning to write this review about my last experience. I went a couple of months ago and will NEVER return. If you have thick, dense, long hair, DO NOT COME HERE. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt because I had been here a few times before, but this last visit was the final straw. As soon as I walked in, I immediately felt uncomfortable. The staff looked at me, exchanged looks with each other, spoke in Spanish, and clearly did not want to work on my hair. The energy was obvious. After my wash, it was time for a blow-dry, and more than one stylist outright refused to blow-dry my hair. They didn’t even try to hide it. I received a special deep conditioning reatment on my hair December 20, 2025 and I loved every bit of it! They used some great products on my hair. I then had my hair blow dried, ends clipped and hair styled with the shiniest, bounciest and curls that’s felt sooo weightless and that I received sooo many compliments on! They never missed on my head meaning I LOVE 💕 EVERY VISIT AND ALSO was blessed with a gift 🎁! They give gifts throughout the month of December for the salon’s anniversary so I be feeling so appreciated as a client, and to mention this is my birth anniversary month🥰! 5 stars! Btw my curl pattern still fire 🔥 so no They do not add perm to their products! Some people believe that and that’s not true at all! They just really straighten your hair soooo good with their flat iron

This was a great experience!!! The shampoo was AWESOME!!! She really made my scalp feel loved. Took her time with scalp. I didn’t feel rushed! I thought bc it was a Friday it was going to be crowded. Not at all. I don’t wait no more than 8 mins!! They were all very nice . 5 stars all the way!!!

Shampoo was amazing. Organized like an assembly line. Been wearing box braids on natural hair for years and needed to give my hair a break. I needed a trim but I didn't speak up soon enough but hair still came out beautiful. I will be going back soon.

My initial experience at this establishment was very pleasant. My second visit, while not ideal, was still manageable; however, I noticed ongoing distractions, including excessive conversation between staff members, which resulted in my scalp being burned multiple times during the blow-drying process. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I brought my two daughters with me and found the environment to be overwhelmingly loud and chaotic. Staff members were yelling across the salon, speaking loudly to one another while performing services, and creating an unprofessional atmosphere. During my appointment, the stylist was also singing loudly, which further added to the noise and discomfort. For clients who seek a calm and relaxing experience—often the primary reason
