Harlem Hair Care

came in to get subtle highlights, left with an orange disaster. i was put under the impression that my hair would come out like the inspo pic, but left completely horrified!! The stylist said she couldnt tone it. All she did was bleach it. With a random bleach dot on the side. People GASPED when they saw the disaster done on my head. I had to go back to dark. I came back trying to compromise on a solution so I can be satisfied, to where I was left with nothing but defensive excuses and promised I was going to get a call back but never did. Lost $225 on this mess.

Haven't been there in years.... But Harlem has not skipped a beat. Loved my hair. Will definitely begin my hair routine with her again.
