Update: Contacted them after they responded to this review. They asked me which location I went to and did not respond after that. ——- Worst braiding experience of my life. They lied about pricing, did sloppy (to say the least) work, and tried to gaslight me when I came back to get it fixed. There are plenty of braiding shops nearby that charge the same or less for way better quality and customer service. Check the pictures and lmk if I was tripping. ———————————————————————— When I first called, they said it was $200 with hair included. I get there, and suddenly it’s “no hair on hand” but still $200. Then as they’re braiding they randomly try to bump it up to $240. I asked why & told them I only had $200, and suddenly that was fine… Even after all that, I still tipped them (so I paid mo

I had such a great experience at this braiding shop! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The stylists are not only talented but also really attentive to detail, they made sure I was comfortable the whole time and that the style came out exactly the way I wanted. The work was neat, professional, and done in a reasonable amount of time. What I really appreciated was how gentle they were with my hair and scalp, which isn’t always the case at other places. My braids look beautiful, and I’ve gotten so many compliments already. If you’re looking for a shop that delivers both quality and great customer service, this is definitely the spot. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family.

The service was great!!!!! My braids were laid perfectly!!!! My bro put me onto this spot when I needed to my hair right with the quick fast. I came all the way from Riverdale after midnight and I was impressed. They got skills over there and for them to be open 24 hours?!!!! They really came through for me!!!! Definitely going back there.

I had the worst experience ever, 2 hair stylist was doing my hair and they ended up fighting on top of my head, throwing things around, I was scared for my life. Please don’t go to that place, it isn’t worth risking your life or risking getting hurt getting your hair done
