I visited Harbour Pointe Nails and Spa, had a fantastic experience! The salon was spotless, My nail technician, Jay, was super friendly and really took his time to make sure my nails looked perfect. I am a little late writing the review but I highly recommend this place if you're looking to treat yourself!

I had walked in excited to get a pedicure after 2 months straight of working with little to no time for myself. The girl was nice originally, everything was fine up until I had asked if she could take off a little bit of my tan. At first it was okay and then she started really rubbing. It was with a purple sander looking thing so it didn’t feel too pleasant directly on my skin. She began rubbing very hard and I told her it hurt, she kept going and my skin was then rubbed raw. Throughout the appointment it seemed like she was always in a rush, she rushed to get lotion which also burned and I said something about it and she ignored. She then ran to get a hot towel which also burned because my skin is taken off, and she saw my physical reaction which wasn’t hard to understand. During the mass

The staff here is very friendly, and I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the nail work. I paid $90 for a full set of acrylics, which I already felt was very overpriced. After only five days, two nails completely fell off. I went back to have them fixed free of charge, which I did appreciate, but the redo was rushed and sloppy. The fixed nails didn’t match the rest, and the quality was noticeably worse. To make matters worse, just one day later, three more nails fell off. I wasn’t doing anything that would cause this to happen. At my previous nail salon, which I went to for over 12 years, my acrylics would last well over a month, and I have never had this issue before.
