Wow, I've just gone to Harbor Tattoo Gallery. I was told by some friends to come here and ask for HEATHER. So I did- Plus sent her an email to make appointment. HEATHER was just as I was told. She had great customer service skills. Super friendly with a Great attitude. She had me come over and we sat down to discuss what I was looking for. She made you feel at ease. Letting me know about her experience and her willingness to ensure that I would get what I wanted. I also noticed how clean it was and that important. It didn't take to long and the price was Great. I will return.
