i rarely leave negative reviews but this place is unacceptable. Billy i believe, serviced my nails and did an incredibly poor job. look at this picture and tell me these are worth $55 + tip. i’ve never been so disappointed at a nail salon. my nails are uneven, some thin some wide, glue on my fingers, paint around the edges. my nails weren’t even dried when i left so debris, dust, and tiny hairs were left to dry on my fresh mani. extremely disappointed and disgusted.. i debated on whether or not to ask for a refund. i ended up going to bonsai nail up the street so they can fix it. never again.

Great service & Great people! Lily & Billy are always so kind and welcoming. I always trust them to do something fun and creative for the holidays & they never fail to amaze me. Beautiful new pedicure chairs that feel like sitting on a cloud. If you’re looking for a new happy place this is where to go ♥️

I can see why people complain, most people don’t want to do anything for themselves… espec with their nails!! Billy cares a ton about nail health…. what?!? I’m telling you, I’m 40 years old and have never had an experience like this. Billy asked if it was okay to help heal my nails, told me what to do at home to help. He didn’t push acrylics or gels, he said if I want to go natural he will help and proceeded to advise me on new nail growth, a plan and explanation as to why my cuticles are thick and toe nails yellowing. I’m blown away! If you care about your nail health, come see Billy!

I’ve been visiting this nail salon for pedicures, and I must say, they consistently deliver exceptional service. As someone who spends long hours on my feet, I truly appreciate how revitalized my feet feel after each appointment. The staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled, paying meticulous attention to detail. I always leave feeling like I’m walking on air.
