Absolute WORST nails and service I have ever had. First and last time I will be going, I should have listened to the reviews. During my acrylic fill manicure, my nail tech got up halfway through and left for 19 minutes. Turns out she was doing someone else’s wax in the middle of my nails. 4 other ladies were sitting eating right next to me that could’ve either filled in while she was gone or did the wax themselves. Within 7 days 5 of my nails have chipped and 1 is completely broken so I called to schedule an appointment to come in to have them fixed. When I came in, I talked to 4 different people because all of them said they couldn’t take me and I needed to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour to be seen. This was on my lunch break so I was not able to get them done and am extremely unhapp

Unfortunately one of the women filed my nails so thin and cut me so badly that I had 3 infected fingers. I had to go to urgent care and get an antibiotic. My nails are ruined. It will take many months for them to be repaired. The women there are very nice. But the talent they lack is unfortunate. So I want to warm people not to go there because I would hate for anyone else to have to go through the pain I have had for the past 10 days.

Great place to get your nails done. The tech was very sweet and skilled. She did my fill taking her time and great care to ensure he didn’t nick me with the drill. Very satisfied!

I came in when the manager was off , their staff was very rude!!!! I was still telling her what I want to do with my manicure she walked away and started speaking in her language, I was told her name is Vivian. They were very loud like some strange humans on loose. Wendy was very kind and she did my pedicure neatly great .As a business owner I would never hire such people or leave them with my business or trust them with my business in my absence. And they’re expensive as hell . Pedicure I paid $63 . Horrible place I don’t recommend it.

I really enjoyed the experience and found the prices reasonable, but unfortunately found that the longevity of the finished service was less than I’d experienced elsewhere. I’ve been getting dipping powder and pedicures for years and they almost always stay nice for 3+ weeks. At the two week point my dipping powder is cracking and chipping and my pedicure polish is also chipping off. My daughter’s gel polish came off within a few days. Serious bummer as I enjoyed the in-spa experience.
