Set up an appointment weeks in advance and offered to come in for a consultation and was told it was not necessary. A week prior to the appointment she didn’t even let me know she moved to this salon from the previous, I had to ensure location to find it was changed. 48 prior to the appointment I received an Instagram message stating my appointment was canceled due to her husband being on a work trip and didn’t seem at all apologetic , sent me screen shots of other stylists with no salon info what so ever and when I made a light joke that “well this isn’t what I had planned to do today lol” I was met with a very rude response basically she doesn’t care and I was not her priority. Wonderful place and great work by Laura Cavanaugh who treats you like you are the most important person in the world! she's been doing my hair for me for a long time and I'm not planning on changing that.
