Happy Nails

There was no warm welcome. The tech who did my nails verbally told her boss she did not want to do a fill in and had to be forced to perform the service. A service that should’ve taken 30 mins ended up taking over an hour. My nail broke off and I won’t return for her to half ass fix it. I know my service was done shitty because I’m a person of color. Not to mention a man had to complain after sitting at the pedicure chair for over an hour. They are slow, unfriendly, have cheap products and not worth your hard earned money.

Horrible experience I asked for simple white square acrylics, and they failed to do them right. And when u ask them to fix it they give you an attitude. Definitely never going back cause they messed up my nails once and I said let me give them another chance and clearly they couldn’t redeem them self. For a $55 service I’m extremely disappointed cause I could have spent that at a different salon and been satisfied. After how many times I told her to fix the shape and she just gave me an attitude I just gave up and left without complaining but definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Came for a fill in she cut my whole set down to my natural nail as if I’m a lil girl even cut my natural nail so far down this what I been stop coming here years ago because of this place needs to closed down they don’t listen and really rude.. im so over it I have a trip coming up in a few days this is really sad.. mind you I been coming here since I was a little a little girl this sad now

The price was way too high for my regular Mani Pedi, especially given that I used my own nail polish, had already cut down my nails, and my overall experience. However, I really appreciate that they serviced me near closing time on a super rainy day. The tech couldn't understand phrases I repeated like "push cuticle" or "the water is too hot / cold" and you can imagine how that impacted things, but I am happy there was another lady translating. Once the tech knew the instructions, the end result was excellent and she gave impressive advice for my nail's coloring. I would suggest that the front desk request any sensitivities and preferences outright before any service begins, especially if they know the assigned nail tech does not really understand English, just to be fair to both employees

If I could give negative stars to this nail salon I would. Let's start with the general hygiene of the place. Everything used on me was not sanitized, was put right back in the trays. Many of the tools like the nail clippers were tarnished and old. There was food out all over the back, flies everywhere in the bathroom and one of the nail "techs" was sitting in a chair with his feet out and exposed on another chair. Completely disgusting and horrible and I am shocked the Health Department has not issued this place warnings. Next let's get into the UNBELIEVABLY negative customer service and energy in this place. I had just moved to the neighborhood and get my nails done frequently and so I was excited to give this place a try despite the warnings, I like to give everyone a fair chance and f
