Happy Nails

I had a strange experience here. Their Saturday hours on Google show they close at 7pm. I arrived at 6pm and their posted hours say they close at 5pm. There were still customers in the salon and they asked me “can I help you”? And I said “well I was hoping to get a Mani Pedi but do you close at 5pm or 7pm”? And they said at 5pm but “go ahead and sit at #1” and gestured over to one of the pedi chairs…… which I thought was nice of them. Then the nail tech came over and I told her I wanted a pedi and have a gift certificate. I showed her the gift certificate and she takes it over to another woman. They talk and then the other woman says “can you come back next week”? I found it very odd that they were going to take me until they found out I had a gift certificate. Poor customer servi

Luna did a great job today on Kelly’s nails. She matched the picture shown to her perfectly!! It was a super cute summer design!!! Thank you!! :)

First time at Happy Nails, the ladies were super nice. Tien done a great job with my nails, I absolutely love them. Recommend making an appointment as I was a walk in and waited 40 mins.

Just a delightful experience. It was my first pedicure in 25/30 years. I’ll be back.

First off she wanted to argue that I had done acrylic last time.. and i never do.. second i specifically said DONT CUT MY NAILS... she took 90% of my length off.. she hardly put any color on my nails.. the powder for the dip is so uneven... and its simply 2 layers of color...it's not funny.. you can literally see the unevenness of the color when you look at my nails. No 2 nails are the same shape.. you can see through the color.. it's blue.. no reason i should be able to see my nail... I'm glad I didn't go through with a matching pedicure.. they have forever lost my business. 100/100 DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. it's a waste of your time and money.. you'd be better off going elsewhere as I am going to have to go somewhere else within the next couple days to have them redone the rig
