My experience at The Raj for my rejuvenation PK was extraordinarily incredible. From the start (first email correspondence), I was treated respectfully. Every detail was attended to, even down to thoughtful food substitutions for my allergies (Olivia personally took care of this). Each staff member was genuinely caring and kind. The hotel is beautiful, and the retreat facilities and property are impeccable. The gentle techs during my treatments and the food service staff were outstanding. The evening lectures were wonderful; Helen is knowledgeable and gracious, and all of the teachers were awesome. Each meal was outstanding (thank you, Chef L). I have gone to The Raj many times and it’s always a wonderful experience. I love the location out in nature. I went for walks every morning and saw lots of deer and rabbits and beautiful flowers. The staff is great. Someone helped me unload stuff from my car and bring it to my room. Also there is always someone from guest services in the dining room at lunchtime to take care of requests you might have. It’s so relaxing having someone cook all the meals for you and they will tailor the food to your needs/likes. The treatments are luxurious and so relaxing. I would highly recommend this health spa.

I was at The Raj for 2 weeks of Maharishi Ayurveda (MAV) Panchakarma (PK) rejuvenation treatments during September 2025. Everything about my experience there was A+. My room was quiet and well-appointed with everything I needed, and the A/C was quiet and efficient. I have enjoyed MAV PK at 5 separate locations in the U.S. and India. The PK technicians at The Raj were excellent - the best I've experienced anywhere. One month later I experience continuing benefits from the treatments I received there. The Ayurvedic physician who customized and oversaw the guests' treatments was also excellent, regularly checking on each guest's progress and amending their treatment schedule as needed to insure maximum, lasting benefits. This is my fourth year visiting The Raj for detoxification, relaxation, and rejuvenation — and it truly is heaven on earth. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The vegan food is not only nourishing but absolutely, amazingly delicious. Every moment here feels like a blessing — from the luxurious treatments and detailed Ayurveda consultations to the evening lectures, delicious meals, and stimulating conversations. The entire experience is designed to nurture both body and soul. I will keep coming back, year after year, because my whole being craves the peace, healing, and joy The Raj provides.

I visited the Raj Ayurveda health Spa for a week for the Rejuvenation program. This was my first time attending the Ayurveda Health Spa. When I arrived I felt a sense of peace . The atmosphere was warm and tranquil. My treatments were wondeful and relaxing. The technicians were highly skilled in the synchronized massages. The techicians were excellent and profressional. The meals were freshly prepared daily and delicious. All the staff were excellent. I look forward to going back.
