Happy Nails And Day Spa

Just got my nails done there recently and I absolutely loved it! Everyone there were really sweet and friendly, making the environment very welcoming. I got Gel-X with cat eye polish and it turned out sooooo pretty!! I can't wait to return and get my nails done again.

Not taking away from the nail tech’s at this location that know their skill and execute it to a fault, but to the ones who fail to give you what you ask for and then give frivolous reason as to why it wasn’t done. Just say it can’t be done and have the client change their mind. Not give rubbish and then time runs out it can be redone. I asked for one thing however got something totally different not even the color I requested. Then he ‘Ben’ says my nails are too short. Huh?!?! For a manicure there was no soaking of hands. But after I shower would know if my feet were done well.

I am new to the area and was recommended by my coworkers to try Happy Nails. The salon only take appointment when you have your preferred technician, but I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were able to take me. The salon is spacious, has a good variety of polish selections, and the environment was very relaxing. The staff was friendly, and the service was fast but still very well done. My nails look great, and I was in and out without a long wait, definitely will come back.

Last minute pedicure needed. My normal shop was clised due to weather conditions. Accommodating and conformable nail shop. I didn't like that the nail tech didn't spray alcohol before using each utensil. She claimed she did it after use but I didn’t witness that. The shop was clean. I look in corners, sides of chairs, behind chairs, etc.

I am writing this review to share an absolutely dreadful experience I had at this nail shop, in the hope of saving others. The shop's location, a two-hour transit ride from my home but conveniently near my partner's workplace, was the only reason I considered giving it a try. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was a mistake. Despite having booked an appointment, I was casually told that appointments are generally unnecessary. My concerns began to mount as the shaping of my nails was visibly uneven and poorly done. To add insult to injury, the "Funny Bunny" color I requested was completely off, a shade I found utterly displeasing. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and inquired about a color change after only two nails, I was informed it would cost an additional $30. The p
