The owners and the staff is so rude. They’re racist because I was the only black person in the store at the time, the way that they treated me was disgusting. They was following me around asking me Can they help me , when it was 20 other people in the store, but But didn’t ask anyone else can they help them or wasn’t following anyone else around the store?l guess because I wasn’t Chinese, I guess that was the problem. They wasn’t nice. They wasn’t friendly. They didn’t smile. I will never return to that store. Take my advice do not spend your money there. so rude

The nail tools I bought from this business were unreliable. I had to exchange them twice, and each time they deducted 30% from the original price, even though the items were still under warranty and not working properly. This experience makes me question both the product quality and the fairness of their return policy.

Customer Service is awful! And just as the previous reviews say, they do follow non-Asian patrons around with little assistance. I literally had to request the cashier to place my card back into my hand instead of placing it on the counter. They are extremely rude and I will not be returning.

I’m in loooooveeeee!!!! Prices are way better than Amazon and the selection is amazing, the only place I will shop for now on
