Happy Nail

Went in for a refill on Wednesday. It’s now Friday and my cuticles are still in pain. I tried this place last minute on a whim due to my schedule and wish I hadn’t. Over the phone I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the removal of acrylic on 3 fingers and then in person before even looking at my nails, she said it’s going to be $5. Didn’t complain. Sat for my pedicure and I was nipped twice, to the point I started to bleed. The shape of my big toes were so slanted, I was speechless due to disbelief that I was at a lost for words when trying to explain how to fix my nails. I ended up just getting 2 round big toenails. Polish was spilling over on my skin and I ask him to clean it up. He used the drill on my skin to “clean” the paint. Manicure was even worse. Had to pull back my hand 3 times

Amy does a great job with my nails. You get treated like family here. There’s no better place to be.

went here yesterday to get dip removed and fell French tips. The guy here filed too hard hurting me. Did a good job on cuticles but broke all the natural length of my nails. He didn’t even tell me he couldn’t do French tips when I asked multiple times. He did it too tip and then uneven. I told him to stop and paid for the removal and manicure. He felt bad but he shouldn’t communicated or gotten someone else who knew what they were doing. Absolutely terrible and will never come back.

I loved to service but the work is so bad. My nails aren’t even fully glued on my finger, my French tip is all messy, my nails are thick asl, shape is uneven, size is uneven, top coat isn’t even fully on my nail, they look like cheap pressons

tried this place out yesterday because my usual salon was closed. the male doing my nails seemed like he was very new to this, as he spent over two and half hours on my nails, on a basic french manicure, having to remove and redo the white lines on every one of my nails multiple times. even after the two and a half hours, my nails were messy and the white lines were all over the place. he was also extremely rough, despite me vocalizing i was uncomfortable and pulling my fingers away multiple times. guy made every single one of my fingers bleed- and despite me pulling back my fingers every time he literally drilled my SKIN, and he continued to be rough. to make it worse, he poured alcohol directly onto my open cuts. i now have a raging cellulitis infection in two of my nails already, a day
