Happy Foot Massage spa 针灸推拿

Came here with my wife in the middle of the day and we weren’t sure if the people standing outside were workers or not. They took a while to acknowledge us and eventually pointed to a handwritten sign with their prices. They accept Zelle, Venmo, and cash. We decided on a combo foot massage and back massage and were led to one of the back rooms where we sat on regular chairs shoulder to shoulder while we soaked our feet. Then we were instructed to lie down on two separate massage tables. They had to shift around the tables so that I could get to mine. They started with the foot massages and throughout the massages we were both being moved around on the tables like we were furniture. At one point my feet were flat on one of the walls. I use to to like this place but since this new owner ship. This place is gone nose down. The owner lady is extremely loud which sabotages the purpose of relaxing massage. She over books often when they don’t have availability and makes you wait.I suspect she lives and cook there the place now stinks very strong. They dont have credit card machine and they will try to make you leave within 60 minutes when you actually paid for 70 minutes. I am never going since the place keeps getting filthy. Imagine dirty green color sheets and towels.

I came here at 11am on a weekday. No one was inside, not even staff. I did not like the setup. All foot massage tables were close to each other and close to the entrance. I just turned around and left. When you are getting a foot massage, you want to feel relaxed. In that type of atmosphere I would feel tortured.

Very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. The place was dark and had a bad smell. The towels appeared to be reused, which felt extremely unhygienic. They only accept cash, Zelle, or Venmo — no card payments. I was told the foot massage would cost $35 and I paid that amount. After the service, a tall lady who appeared to be the owner demanded an additional $10 tip instead of asking politely. This was very rude. What made it worse was that she stood right beside me, staring at my phone while I was making the payment. That felt intimidating and like a complete invasion of my privacy. I was scared and pressured, so I paid and left. If a tip was expected, it should have been communicated clearly and politely. The massage itself was great, very skilled masseuses, but the overall experience was let down by poor communication and a disorganized environment. I agreed on a price upfront, but was surprised with an unexpected 25% service fee at the end. Not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.
