Happy Feet Nails and Spa

I have been getting my services her for a long time now (more than 3 yrs) and I am completely satisfied with TT. TT is warm and sweet snd friendly and treats me with respect. Kathy (owner) is sweet as well. I enjoy my early morning service. Chyna is sweet as well. My nails are always gorgeous!

I came to get my nails repaired and at first I was enjoying my experience, I even brought my own color to make things easier on myself. Lady was nice however towards the end she started rushing to get me out the door. Another customer was waiting and was going to walk out when my girl just kept telling her she was almost done. Up until she started to rush I was happy but that was poor service. I understand close bookings BUT if you have a customer in the chair already you shouldn’t rush as that’s when mistakes are made. It’s been two days and all of my gems have fallen off and one nail is lifting already. I came to get my 3 week old extensions to be fixed only to now have to get them fixed again either myself or somewhere else. Unacceptable and extremely frustrating. 70$ for this was not w

Great job with nails. The customer service is hit or miss. They prefer non-Black customers, so it depends on which nail artist you get if you will feel welcomed or not unfortunately.

I have been coming here for a few months with 2 of my daughters. Although sometimes our nails literally pop off a few days later we still went back to give the benefit of a doubt. However I sent my oldest there tonight for her birthday gift and her nails came out absolutely horrible. Not only was there glue all over her fingers, her cuticles were cut up so bad and she said the tools used were not sanitized. Her nails were so thick and some totally not even straight or all the same size. After leaving and showing me on the phone she went back in and asked for a refund. They said they had to take them off for that. Which is fine but they wouldn’t allow her to soak them instead cut them with a nail clipper and filed the paint off. I have been coming to Happy Feet since March and I have loved every second. Jenna does my nails and she is outstanding. Everyone here is so nice and they strive to please everyone. I was trying to find a nail tech for the longest that I could trust with my nails and I finally did. I am going to attach a couple pictures that she has done for me. Also each set of acrylics i get usually lasts me about a month maybe more!!!
