I called them to ask if I could walk in, and they said yes, come on over. When I arrived, I requested a 30-minute massage, but the lady finished it in 20 minutes because she said she had another appointment.I could tell she was rushing . I asked if I can do 60 min instead of 30 she said something i didnt understand . Secondly, their customer service was poor; they didn’t offer me water after massage. They just wanted to get rid of me quickly because they had other customers. When i went to front to complain after he asked how was it , he said he didn’t understand much English and said, “Next time, next time.” and he was rude about it talking to his other employee in other languages But when it came to payment, he suddenly spoke in English, asking for the payment and pressuring for tip. This is my FAVORITE massage in all of DFW! Can’t beat the service for the price and the staff is so kind and accommodating. They do gift cards too, so it’s a great gift for yourself or others!

Alright, so I went for a foot massage because I had a lot of pain in my feet. Firstly, they didn’t ask me how much pressure I needed. They just kept using the same oil for the entire hour with no variation, so there was no relaxation at all. And then at the end, they just wiped my feet with a warm towel, no stone massage or anything. They charged me 50 dollars, and then when I went to the receptionist, he said, “No English, no English.” If you don’t speak English, at least have a translator for customer care. We take our time and effort to come here, and if this is the kind of response we get, I don’t think it’s worth going back

I had an amazing experience at Happy Feet Massage! The environment is super clean, quiet, and relaxing — perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff are professional and their massage skills are outstanding. I could feel the tension in my shoulders and back melt away. Definitely one of the best massage places I’ve been to, and I will be coming back regularly!

Good environment and Music is playing to help you relax. First time here and got a 30 minute whole body massage. Massage hurt but felt great after the session. Will definitely come back.
