I had been going to this salon for 17 years. I asked the manager Kimmy why they didn’t have a loyalty program, especially since My favorite nail tech had just had told me she was going to charge me $9 dollars to trim a small amount of dry skin from my cuticles? I was shocked 😳..Kimmy sthe manager that I’ve known for years gave me a wish wash excuse and then spoke in her native language to my nail tech and after that I was told the nail tech Moon would not complete my nails??? The manager Kimmy said I should leave? Because I asked questions about prices and I was rude for doing so? I had to walk out with unfinished nails.it was horrible. After supporting this salon for 17 years I was disgusted with their behavior and business practices.

This is my go-to nail salon for mani and pedis. After 15 years of gel polish only, I decided to try the new style for acrylics and I’m in love. My tech did any amazing job! I love my nails! Thank you.

It’s fine to get your toes done here, but if you are detail oriented, you may be irked by the level of attention given to the paint job on your hands. I got a mani and pedi, with gel on my fingers. In the paint job on my hands, one of my nails has a bubble in it, and the other nail has a black dust thread stuck in it. The bubble I decided to ignore , but I asked the woman if she could take out the black thread, and she told me that black mark is under my nail, not in the nail polish (it’s not). She didn’t fix it.

First time there walked in for a pedicure. Was fantastic Came back a second time for a pedicure decided to also get my nails done. Average experience - nails were mixed matched shaped, sloppy polish job but not the end of the world Went in again with the same nail tech lilly , she starts to put dip on my nails. I stopped her to correct her that I don't do dip, she proceeds to tell me that it's better than what I was doing and I'm going to like it. I explained that I am a server, I wash my hands a lot I'm hard on my nails, I'm very particular, I know what works. She continues to put dip on my nails. Against my better judgment ( I should have put my foot down) I am just shocked that she's not listening to me. I walked out of there so so mad. They look list Easter eggs on my nails....

This is my favorite salon in ALL OF SAN DIEGO. Elise has been my nail tech and bestie for three years now!!! If you’re looking for a great experience, come here :-)
