Hanna's Nails

Absolutely will NEVER return! This man was completely rude and would not accommodate my request as a customer. I asked him to make my nails thicker. Even after telling him the first nail was too thin, he continued to do what he wanted to do. I then asked AGAIN for him to make them thicker. He refused, said he would not be my nails and cut them off, VERY AGGRESSIVELY! (Video in comments) do NOT come here if you want your request to be honored.

I’ve been coming here for the longest I started getting my nail done by them but the over price and I started to only get my eyebrows done I will say the customer service has always been a hit and miss but today took my niceness completely away I walked in and I do give the front desk person her props she always speaks and say have a nice day anyway I then walk and have a seat by the eyebrow seat to wait for the owner to do my eyebrows (mind you she was sitting getting her nails done talking) which I did not take offense to that .she then finally comes hits the back of my for me to sit back NO GREETING AT ALL ! After I was done she hits the chair again for me to get up ! Not once spoke again! Didn’t ask me did I like the service just hit the back of my damn chair . Just disrespectful as t

Upon entering the nail shop, I was greeted with warm welcome and hospitality. Wait time wasn’t too long at all because I had an appointment for my manicure/pedicure. The nail technicians took great care of me with detailing and making sure I got what I asked for. I always recommend everybody to Hanna’s Nail in terms of the cost to service ratio as I find it really worth going. Do yourself a favor and book your appointment with them as it can be a long wait if walk-in. I love HanNails! ❤️

I had my nails done on Thursday and called the salon on Friday morning to express my dissatisfaction with the nails and design. The receptionist, who had a rude attitude, informed me that I would need to pay an additional $45 to have them redone. Her unprofessional behavior led me to end the call. By Friday night, my nails started to fall apart, which was unacceptable considering the $90 price tag. I did not feel that I received adequate value for my money. P.s place would be significantly enhanced if they removed the unprofessional receptionist. This matter could have been addressed without necessitating a bad review.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and beautifully decorated, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Six took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered some fantastic suggestions that I absolutely loved. Their expertise was evident, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in good hands. The service was outstanding. I opted for a gel manicure, pedicure and the attention to detail was impeccable.
