STOP GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH YOUR CLIENTS!!!! As a professional who also works in customer service as was the woman who was there this morning; the lack of professionalism and decorum at your establishment today was disheartening. We all visit your salon to be serviced because before today your salon did provide exceptional work, but the scene that was witnessed this morning was inappropriate. Nails are your craft! Lashes, toes, eyebrows, etc ALL YOUR CRAFT! If a paying client comes in and asks for service(with photos), it is your Job as the person providing that such service to let the client know weather this particular look is not only Achievable, but provide additional options if it may not be.
