I scheduled an appointment for acrylic nails, originally my appointment was with Lyn, she started taking off my previous set and hurt me a couple of times with the machine bc she had the machine at the fullest speed possible.She recommended i cut my own nails bc they were to fragile and i said ok. She continued doing so, and i swear to god this woman had no sense of being careful to not cut me with the nail cutter. She hurt me almost in every nail and she would lough when she would see me make a face or a noise bc it was hurting.I told her to be careful and her answer was: I didn’t even touch you! Than she proceeded and cut my other nail and i started bleeding. She proceeded to put my nail extensions without filing any of the nails that she cutted. I was furious, sad but i didn’t say anyt

I was recommended to go to Hana nails by a good friend of mine who regularly goes to joy. Upon my arrival to the salon I was seated 20 mins after my appointment time with a different woman who wasn't joy, They didn’t ask me or tell me if this was ok, they just sat me down with her and I’m thinking that this is Joy. I don’t know the woman’s name who did my nails but all I know is I will never return it was the worst gel manicure I’ve ever gotten in my life and I’ve been doing my nails for about eight years. Not only was she rude she kept answering her phone every five minutes she filed down my nails so much that my cuticles were raw, and what normally takes me two hours took 1. I left that Salon with crooked nails. It was so bad to the point where I did an about face when I left & asked the

Love this nail salon they give one of the best pedicures on Staten Island. I love that they don’t rush you out of the seat. Pedicure perks: Long massage with scrub and lotion Hot stone massage on legs Hot wax on feet Gel manicure is great as well.
