To customers - the only reason I parted from this nail salon was because I moved to a different state. This salon is the real deal, and I was a REGULAR customer there for 3+ years. All of the nail technicians are lovely people and do a beautiful and thorough job. Alice especially is amazing, but I could speak to how amazing Nam, Banana, and Kay (shop owner) are as well. I’m going to miss this salon a lot! If it were physically possible for me, I’d give my business to this salon for my entire life. I have included a compilation of my favorite manicures throughout my tenure there:

I went to get a gel manicure with some little cherries on a few of my nails. I had Kay and she was so sweet and accommodating!! I don’t get my nails done often (maybe once a year), but this year I’ve had them done a couple times already. This was, by far, the best experience I have had!! It’s so obvious that everyone is so detail oriented and work hard to make sure you’re getting exactly what you are looking for! Definitely will be recommending this to anyone who asks where to get their nails done!!

The dip manicure I got was very cute to start but at day 7 I noticed about 4 nails lifting. By day 9 one had fallen completely off (pictured) and multiple others had lifted enough that they were catching in my hair/clothing. They also started cracking (pictured) at that time. By day 14 2 were gone and by day 16 all of them had popped off. When I called on day 14 to see if I could get them repaired I was told it was past two weeks so they would do it for $10/nail or entirely redo it for a 15% discount. This seemed ok but I was shocked that dip came off that easily with normal use. It also ruined my healthy, natural nails in the process. Silver lining: I didn't have to pay anywhere to have them taken off when I went elsewhere to get a fresh set. Treatment: When booking I noted that I had on

I don't complain about the nail quality, my tech was good. But she filed my nails so strongly many times, and four fingers got bleeding and I have still pain. I told her I was bleeding and in pain, and she just said, "Sorry, you requested short nails." In addition, during the pedicure, she exfoliated my foot strongly, and I got a small injury and had pain. After finishing the pedicure, she brought me to the chair beside the cashier without words. After I waited for 15 minutes, nobody cared about me. She was doing a pedicure for the next customer, but I eventually asked her how long I should wait with the salon's sandals. Then, another tech who was next to her said to me, ' She is coming soon', she sounded a bit aggressive. I understand the salon is busy but they look less friendly and kind

UPDATE (in response to the reply): I didn’t ask you to read my mind; I asked for a simple French pedicure with an opaque base. I didn’t know I had to show a picture of what that is at a nail salon. When the woman started painting my nails with the white, I told her that I don’t like when my toenails show through the polish. When I saw her putting on the top coat, I spoke up. If your salon couldn’t deliver on what I told her, she should’ve said that when she started painting my nails. Mind you, I still paid for the French and waited patiently for 40 minutes for someone to finish my nails. Your reply shows exactly the type of customer service you provided me today. ORIGINAL: I really used to love this salon (had the stamp card and everything) but the staff ruined it. I’m currently sitting
