Last week, I had my impacted wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Steven Nguyen and his team at Premier Oral Surgery and Implantology. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. Ashley, who answered the phone, was very patient, answered all my questions, and helped me schedule the appointment with ease. During the consultation, Dr. Nguyen was both patient and empathetic. He took the time to carefully address all my concerns and made sure I fully understood the procedure. This was very important to me because I had a negative experience with a previous dentist who simply quoted me the cost of the procedure, insisted I undergo IV sedation, and walked out of the room without any explanation. I was anxious as I approached the office. Lots of unknowns. But....Dr Kim and his staff quickly put me at ease. Dr Kim exuded competence and was highly personable. He took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and explain procedures and options. I felt very confident in Dr Kim's care.

Just had all my wisdom teeth taken out with 2 coronectomies under general anesthesia. The procedure went great and had an easy post op recovery period!

Dr. Kim was kind enough to extract not one, but two of my teeth and then installed two implants. I use the word "kind" because both prior to and during the procedures, he patiently explained precisely what he was about to do in a calm and reassuring manner. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Kim's kindness is matched by both his assistants and the office staff. Kudos for a job expertly and painlessly done.
