shea is the best massage therapist i’ve ever gone to! getting a massage can feel vulnerable sometimes, but she makes you feel completely comfortable and checks in to make sure you’re okay. every session feels customized to what my body actually needs at the time. you can tell she really cares about her clients and loves what she does. if you’re looking for someone who’s professional, warm, and actually listens to what you need she’s the massage therapist for you! i recommend her to everyone i know!

Shea is one of the best! Every 60 minute deep tissue massage session I have with her, I leave relaxed and rejuvenated. She is able to find and expertly release muscle knots. I am thoroughly satisfied and would easily recommend her to my family and friends.

Shea is a truly wonderful massage therapist. I have fibromyalgia and need to get regular massages in order to function. I think I have been to every therapist in the greater New Haven area and Shea is by far the best. It is so difficult to find somebody who gives a deep tissue massage that is both intuitive enough to find the areas that need attention, but also deep enough to give relief from chronic tension (without hurting you!) Shea Strikes that balance perfectly, and leaves me feeling refreshed and pain-free, which is truly a gift.
