Always a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Samantha is my go to for aches and pains. Go to Kelly for deep pressure, which can really be good for back problems. Brittany really listens to what you need & continues to make sure you’re comfortable throughout your treatment. Maya is great with relaxation techniques. You can choose what’s best for you, but you can’t go wrong here.

I had an excellent massage with John G at Hand & Stone. He incorporated Reiki into the session, and it truly helped release negative energy I didn’t realize I was holding. I felt deeply relaxed—almost like I was levitating at moments. The experience was exactly what I needed, both physically and energetically. Highly recommend John G for anyone seeking a therapeutic and restorative massage experience.

Entering the New Year in style... it was my first time here at Hand & Stone... I was very skeptical about my visit. As I entered the building, I was greeted by Ms. Jamara and check in was smooth and pleasant! My massage therapist, John was AMAZING! Upon entering his room, he noticed that I was struggling a bit to take off my coat and asked what was wrong. I unconsciously shared with him that both of my rotator cuffs were in pain. He immediately jumped into action and started to explain his process and suggestions. He asked permission during each transition and made sure that I was comfortable with his choices. I left today able to stretch both of my arms and reach; this was the best decision I've made on this 5th day of Jan 2026!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. Lizzie did a great job applying just the amount of pressure to the right areas (joints etc).I am looking forward to my next visit.
