Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I had a wonderful classical massage experience with massage therapist Tracey at Hand & Stone in Palm Bay, Florida. Her massage is truly unique and extremely well done. I opted for a firmer massage, and she delivered it perfectly — very professional, attentive, and effective. What I really appreciated was that the massage was thorough from scalp to feet, which made it deeply relaxing and refreshing. Tracey is exceptionally skilled and clearly knows how to adjust pressure based on individual needs. The service at this Palm Bay Hand & Stone location was also great — clean, calm, and welcoming. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend Tracey to anyone looking for a high-quality massage.

My husband and I have been doing monthly date nights here for a while and we love it. Tracey is my go-to for massages, she makes me feel cared for as a new mom and I always leave feeling relaxed. I just did a facial with Maeson tonight and she’s definitely my go-to for that now. I had one facial previously and the tech recommended microdermabrasion and a vitamin C treatment, but because I have rosacea everything following that was very painful even up to a week afterward. Maeson was so thorough in asking me about my skin and I left feeling how you’d want to feel after a facial. I was super discouraged after the last time but my skin feels so hydrated and to top it off she’s a blast to talk to. Thanks Maeson 🤗

Omg! Brooke! I was checking out and Brooke was on the phone with a customer. I could tell she had to repeat herself several times to get the client to understand. When I looked at her, she had a smile on her face the entire time. That is amazing customer service And makes me love this store. Great job Brooke! You killed without even trying!

I've been a loyal member of hand and stone since 2016 never once putting my membership on hold not even during covid. Over the years I've accumulated services and often bring in family and friends, always following the rules and paying the 10 dollars transfer fee when using my credits for them. I’ve never abused the system, so I don't understand where the loss is for the company. Recently I had a very disappointing experience at the palm bay location where I've been going regularly for over two years. When booking an appointment, I was told they must ask permission from the original location where I first signed up, something I had never been told before that the manager explained that they are doing things correctly now and implied that in the past the rules weren't followed. Macy (Maesen) is absolutely amazing! I have had a facial by her a couple of times and she definitely knows what she is doing. She makes me feel so comfortable, beautiful, and relaxed. She is such a good person, you can just tell. I got a microdermabrasion from her today and my skin is absolutely glowing. She gives the best massages too.
