My first visit was great, but my second visit not awesome. I had an appointment made 3 weeks prior, but when I arrived was told there was no appointment. I showed them my confirmation text and they said they would add me to the schedule. That’s fine, but they had me register all over again, not happy but fine. I was in informed, because I didn’t have an appointment would be delayed. That did not sit well with me. The young lady who was helping said “we are doing you a favor”. At this point I said “excuse me” and asked for a manager but the manager was not in. I was suppose to go there to be relaxing but was far from it. Thank God the tech told me she saw my name on the schedule in the morning. Anyway, if a manager can call me that would be appreciated. Thanks

Last year, I became a member but eventually decided I couldn’t afford it and went through the proper process to cancel my account. This year, I reinstated my membership because self-care is important to me, and I’m so glad I did. After one of the aestheticians I loved moved away, I found my perfect fit at Hand & Stone Wellington. Crystal is incredible — she truly loves what she does. She’s warm, personable, and always chats with me, which makes every visit feel comfortable and relaxing. I always leave feeling refreshed with glowing skin. I was paying for a membership and I told my wife to use it. It's hard for me to make it there because of my work schedule, so I told my wife to use them up and they said she can only use 3 of them. They wanted her to start her own account, so I canceled and I still had paid massages available. So I called today to schedule appointment and they told me my paid massage where canceled and kept the payments. The woman on the phone said I had 90 day's to use them and said it's in the contract. My family buys a lot of gift cards there and they don't expire. My point is if someone pays for your business you honor it! So be careful of this place.

I have sent this letter to the management and corporate with no response. Perhaps I will have better luck here. I booked my massage more than a week in advance. During the booking process, I was not asked any questions regarding my massage preferences or pressure level. When I arrived for my appointment, I completed the intake form and clearly indicated that I prefer a firm massage. While waiting, I observed several guests who arrived after me being asked about their massage preferences, with some requesting medium pressure. Despite this, after those guests were taken back, the front desk reviewed my form and informed me that my assigned therapist was only able to provide a medium-pressure massage and asked if I wanted to reschedule. My sister highly recommended this place, and it's my first time here. She even shared some of her membership credits with us. I booked a massage and a facial for my wife. I'm only giving it a 3 because, the front desk attendant, was rude and condescending, making very rude facial expressions when I asked about the credit my sister gave us. It was eventually sorted out, but the damage was already done. Claudia, on the other hand, was wonderful, and we're actually considering a membership just because of her amazing massage.
